Welcome to Allpresale! This is a User Agreement between you (also referred to herein as “Client,” “User,” or customer) and Allpresale. ("Allpresale"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the services provided by Allpresale described below ("Allpresale Services" or "Services"). By signing up to use an account through Allpresale.com, APIs, or the Allpresale mobile application (collectively the "Allpresale Site"), you agree that you have read, understand, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement including Section 8.2. "Arbitration; Waiver of Class Action", as well as our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and E-Sign Consent Policy.
Allpresale is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission does not offer securities services to anyone using the service.
Allpresale does not offer financial advise to anyone.
Allpresale provides a personalized subscription service that allows our members to access informational content ("Allpresale content") over the Internet on certain Smart Phones, computers and other devices ("Allpresale ready devices").

Part 1: GENERAL USE

1.1. Eligibility. To be eligible to use the Allpresale Services, you must be at least 18 years old, w ith physical and mental capability to enter into this Agreement between you and Allpresale which services are operated by Farsales.
You also represent and warrant that you: have not previously been suspended or prohibited by Allpresale.
You are not identified as a “Specially Designated National” by the Office of Foreign Assets Control; are not placed on the U.S. Commerce Department’s Denied Persons List; are not a resident or national of any territory or country where using our service would violate any applicable law; and are not LOCATED IN, DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE’S OF REPLUBIC OF KOREA , SUDAN, IRAN, IRAQ, NORTH KOREA, LIBYA, MACEDONIA, LIBYA, SOMALIA, SYRIA, THE CRIMEAN REGION, VENEZUELA, YEMEN, OR PERSONS LOCATED IN THESE COUNTRIES IS PROHIBITED etc.

1.2. Terms. We may amend or modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised agreement on the Allpresale Site and/or providing a copy to you (a “Revised Agreement”). The Revised Agreement shall be effective as of the time it is posted but will not apply retroactively. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of a Revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such Revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any such modification, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your use of the Services and close your account.

1.3. Registration of Allpresale Account. You must register for a Allpresale account to use the Allpresale Services (a "Allpresale Account"). By using a Allpresale Account you agree and represent that you will use Allpresale only for yourself, and not on behalf of any third party, unless you have obtained prior approval from Allpresale. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Allpresale Account. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to open a Allpresale Account, or limit the number of Allpresale Accounts that you may hold or suspend or terminate any Allpresale Account. The information we request may include certain personal information, including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, taxpayer identification number, a government identification, and information regarding your bank account (such as the name of the bank, the account type, routing number, and account number) and in some cases (where permitted by law), special categories of personal data, such as your biometric information. In providing us with this or any other information that may be required, you confirm that the information is accurate and authentic. You agree to keep us updated if any of the information you provide changes. You authorize us to make inquiries, whether directly or through third parties, that we consider necessary to verify your identity or protect you and/or us against fraud or other financial crime, and to take action we reasonably deem necessary based on the results of such inquiries. When we carry out these inquiries, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be disclosed to credit reference and fraud prevention or financial crime agencies and that these agencies may respond to our inquiries in full. This is an identity check only and should have no adverse effect on your credit rating.

YOU AGREE THAT ALLPRESALE WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR ANY GOODS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, RESOURCES AND/OR CONTENT AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH ANY THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE OR SERVICES, FOR ANY DEALINGS OR COMMUNICATIONS YOU MAY HAVE WITH THIRD PARTIES, OR FOR ANY HARM, DAMAGES OR LOSS CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED BY OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OF THE FOREGOING OR YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE MATERIALS OR THE CONTENT OR BUSINESS PRACTICES OF ANY THIRD PARTY.

1.4. Access. To access the Allpresale Services, you must have the necessary equipment (such as a smartphone or laptop) and the associated telecommunication service subscriptions to access the Internet. The Allpresale Services can be accessed directly using the Allpresale Site. Access to Allpresale Services may become degraded or unavailable during times of significant volatility or volume. Although we strive to provide you with excellent service, we do not represent that the Allpresale Site or other Allpresale Services will be available without interruption and we do not guarantee that any service will be provided. Allpresale shall not be liable for any losses resulting from information web provide.

1.5. Termination. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In case of such termination, Allpresale may immediately revoke your access to the Allpresale Services. Allpresale's failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of any of its rights.

2. General Provisions

2.1. Computer Viruses. We shall not bear any liability, whatsoever, for any damage or interruptions caused by any computer viruses or other malicious code that may affect your computer or other equipment, or any phishing, spoofing or other attack. We advise the regular use of a reputable and readily available virus screening and prevention software. You should also be aware that SMS and email services are vulnerable to spoofing and phishing attacks and should use care in reviewing messages purporting to originate from Allpresale. Always log into your Allpresale Account(s) through the Allpresale Site to review any transactions or required actions if you have any uncertainty regarding the authenticity of any communication or notice.

2.2. Limitation of Liability; No Warranty. IN NO EVENT SHALL ALLPRESALE, ITS AFFILIATES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, JOINT VENTURERS, EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY AMOUNT GREATER THAN CUSTOMER FEE PAID ON DEPOSIT IN YOUR ALLPRESALE ACCOUNT(S)

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time, without prior notice. You are bound by any changes to these Terms upon our posting of such changes on the Service. You should check these Terms often to make certain that you are aware of the most current Terms.

Allpresale makes no representations about the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of historical Digital Currency price data and information available on the Allpresale Site.
All the information provided on the website is not owned by us. They are public information available on the web. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information. You should decide your own when engaging in any information in Allpresale's website.

We will send you information relating to your account (e.g. payment authorizations, invoices, changes in password or Payment Method, confirmation messages, notices) in electronic form only, for example via emails to your email address provided during registration. You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures or other communications that we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal communication requirements, including that such communications be in writing.
